Two new state privacy laws, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and the Connecticut Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring Act (CTDPA), both go into effect and are enforceable on July 1, while the California Privacy Acts went into effect on January 1, 2023, will be enforceable on July 1, 2023.
