Sales Support Engineer

The Sales Support Engineer (SSE) supports the sales process by handling technical preparation, documentation, and troubleshooting. This is a highly execution-focused role that operates behind the scenes to enable efficient, high-quality customer engagements.

What you will do

  • Prepare demo environments, datasets, and technical materials for sales cycles
  • Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence
  • Analyze customer websites including trackers, cookies, network requests, and HAR files
  • Troubleshoot issues during evaluations and pilots
  • Produce clear, accurate technical documentation and summaries
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to keep deals moving

What we are looking for

  • 2 to 5 years in a technical support, solutions, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP, JavaScript, and APIs
  • Experience with browser developer tools and network inspection
  • Detail-oriented, fast, and execution-focused
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify technical findings for non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager, analytics, or martech platforms
  • Exposure to privacy, security, or compliance domains
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
