Sales Support Engineer
The Sales Support Engineer (SSE) supports the sales process by handling technical preparation, documentation, and troubleshooting. This is a highly execution-focused role that operates behind the scenes to enable efficient, high-quality customer engagements.
What you will do
- Prepare demo environments, datasets, and technical materials for sales cycles
- Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence
- Analyze customer websites including trackers, cookies, network requests, and HAR files
- Troubleshoot issues during evaluations and pilots
- Produce clear, accurate technical documentation and summaries
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to keep deals moving
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years in a technical support, solutions, or similar role
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTTP, JavaScript, and APIs
- Experience with browser developer tools and network inspection
- Detail-oriented, fast, and execution-focused
- Clear communicator, able to simplify technical findings for non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager, analytics, or martech platforms
- Exposure to privacy, security, or compliance domains
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
