You're dealing with real privacy and compliance challenges. We help organizations automate discovery, find the needles in the haystack, and get to a better place with clear recommendations and remediation, so you can stay ahead instead of reacting.

We hear from teams when…

  • You have too many web properties to maintain and need visibility you can trust.
  • Your team isn't fully up to speed on privacy risk. Or you can't rely on them to tell you what's wrong or how to fix it.
  • Web development is outsourced and you need an independent view of what's actually happening on your sites.
  • You want to automate monitoring and catch issues before they become problems or targets for plaintiffs.
  • You need a tool that finds the needles in the haystack and gives you actionable remediation advice.
  • You're ready to get to a good place on privacy posture and stay there.

How we assess

What we look at

Not just a list of third-party tools. We assess exposure, compliance risk, and whether your consent setup actually works.

Exposure and compliance risks

  • Third-party tools and the risks associated with them (tracking, data sharing, scope of collection).
  • Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) and wiretapping-related exposure (e.g. state wiretapping laws).
  • Misconfiguration of session replay, form-field recording, and other behavioral capture.
  • Data flows to vendors and domains (who receives what, and under what conditions).
  • Cookie and identifier scope (what's set, shared, or over-collected).

Your consent tool: does it actually work?

Most consent tools are misconfigured (often cited at 90% or more), whether broken entirely, partly working, or missing critical setup like Global Privacy Control (GPC). We test yours end to end and give you clear steps to fix any gaps.

  • Is it working as intended across all relevant scenarios?
  • Is GPC and other privacy signals honored?
  • Trackers or requests slipping through, outside your CMP, tag manager, or blocking rules, or miscategorized so they run when they shouldn't.
  • Remediation steps for any gaps we find.

Who we work with

If you're one of these, here's what we can answer for you.

Companies with web properties

One site or hundreds. Or you've had a complaint or allegations and need to understand and fix what's going on.

  • Where are our privacy and consent risks across our properties?
  • What's actually being collected, sent, or misconfigured?
  • What should we fix first, and how?

Insurance firms

You need to understand the privacy risks of those you underwrite and explain those risks to the insured.

  • Risk scores and a clear breakdown of privacy exposure per insured.
  • Reports you can use to explain risks and remediation steps to the insured.
  • Underwrite privacy risk correctly with evidence, not guesswork.

Defense counsel

Your client is being sued. You need to know the extent to which the complaint is true and build your defense.

  • What was actually sent, how it was configured, and how prevalent was it?
  • Consent, pixels, and technical behavior: did it happen the way the complaint alleges?
  • Litigation support and materials to support your defense. We only work with defense.

Tell us which describes you. We'll get back with answers that fit.

Tell us what you're up against

Share your situation: too many properties, outsourced dev, lack of in-house expertise, or the need to stay ahead of risk. We'll respond with next steps that fit.

No endless follow-ups unless you ask.
